Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

By creating an account or using Folia, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

What Folia is

Folia lets you create a shareable web page from your CV, hosted at folia.work/yourname. We may add, change, or remove features over time.

Your account

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password secure. Choose a username that you have the right to use — impersonating others isn't allowed, and we may reclaim usernames that infringe trademarks or are abusive.

Your content

You own everything you put on your folia. By posting it, you grant us a limited licence to host and display it so your profile works (e.g. on your public page and in your share card). You're responsible for the content you publish and confirm you have the right to use it.

Acceptable use

Don't use Folia to publish illegal, hateful, deceptive, or infringing content, to harass others, to spam, or to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend or remove profiles that break these rules.

Public profiles

Profiles are public by design. Don't publish anything you wouldn't want shared. You control what contact details appear and whether you're listed in Explore.

Plans & payment

The core product is free. Paid plans, if and when offered, will have their pricing and terms shown at checkout. Until then, premium features described on the site are indicative and may change.

No warranty

Folia is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Folia isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can delete your account anytime from settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
